Orientation, Welcome Week, and Welcome Weekend are just around the corner and we need you to help us make it an unforgettable start to the new student. By volunteering, you will play a key role in welcoming new students, easing their transition to campus life, and showcasing the spirit of our community. It’s a fantastic way to connect with current and future peers, build your leadership skills, and have fun along the way.

- Event Date (s): August 28th to September 5th, 2025.
- Volunteer Training: August 27th, 2025
- Move In Day: August 28th, 2025
- Orientation Day: August 29th, 2025
- Welcome Weekend: August 30th to September 1st, 2025
- Welcome Week: September 2nd to September 5th, 2025
How to Register/Requirement

- Dress Code: Ambassador T-shirts
- Booking Instructions: To register for any shifts schedules on either Move-In, Orientation, Welcome Week and Weekend, please sign up on UR Path. The link to the form will be sent to all TRAINED AMBASSADORS>
- Shifts: Multiple Shifts. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shift.
- Event location: University of Regina Campus. Not sure where to go? Please come by the CESL Office located in RC 163 to ask your questions.
- Training: All Ambassadors interested in this event must attend Volunteer Training on August 27th, 2025. The training is scheduled to take place in person.
** Preferred Ambassadors: All Ambassadors can register to participate. This event is looking for a combination of Domestic and International students to represent our diverse student population, so sign up today! Ambassadors have until 18-Aug-2025 to sign up.
