Neil Squire Society is a national non profit that supports Canadians with disabilities by helping individuals who self declare a disability overcome employment barriers and find meaningful work.

Finding a job can be a hard and scary thing for many individuals and we are here to help make that process a little easier. Neil Squire can become an asset/resource for many individuals. 

Their services include:

• Assistive Technology & Ergonomic Solutions – Workplace and school assessments and customized tools to improve comfort and productivity.
• Wage Subsidies – Up to 100% wage coverage for eligible employers for the first couple of months.
• Personalized Employment Support – One on one coaching, job readiness training, and post employment follow ups.
• Empower3D – A wrap around employment program helping youth with disabilities gain hands on experience in the manufacturing and technology sector.

No doctor’s note is required to participate. Individuals simply need to self declare a visible or invisible disability (such as anxiety, depression, or ADHD).
