When you put in the request, please allow us two weeks to gather volunteers for you. If your request is submitted less then two week before the closing date, we will evaluate the request and determine if we have the capacity to post it to the Ambassadors.
Please be aware that there are certain times in the year that are especially busy for the Ambassador Program. Therefore we may have limited capacity to take on requests. These times are:
- Beginning of Fall Semester: from mid-August to the end of the first week of classes is our busiest time of year.
- Beginning of Winter Semester: the first week or two of January.
- Ambassador Refresher: we do Ambassador recruitment starting in mid-March and request Ambassadors to complete returning Ambassador training. This can limit the number of Ambassadors available to volunteer.
We can still take on requests during these times, but please be patient as we work to review all the requests. If we have any concerns with accommodating your request, we will be in touch.
